Solar for Apartments Exemption

Thank you for your interest in the Solar for Apartments program. To be considered for progression to the application stage, your building must meet the following eligibility criteria:

The solar system to be installed must have a minimum capacity of 1 kW per participating lot.
Your building must meet all other program eligibility criteria, including demonstrating a payback period of 10-years or less
The Owners Corporation must nominate up to 50 apartments (lots) to allocate the rebate against

Please note that the maximum funding amount available per building is $140,000.
